We people who:

  • Want to move without pain or tension

  • Are tired of pushing through stiff, aching workouts

  • Want to feel confident, not self-conscious

  • Are curious about how your body can move when it’s supported properly

  • Just want movement to feel good again

Out of the Common is a movement studio where people come to move better and feel better.

We are not a gym.

We are not a yoga studio.

We are something completely different.


We blend strength, play, rehab, coordination and breath to help you feel capable, calm and powerful in your body.

What we are NOT

  • We’re not a gym full of machines and mirrors.

  • We are not a yoga studio.

  • We’re not a place where pain is praised or where progress means pushing harder no matter what.

  • We don’t care how much you lift if you can’t move without discomfort.

  • We don’t give you a plan and expect you to fit into it.

We are something completely different.

What we ARE

  • We’re a movement studio where your whole body, and your whole life, matters.

  • We blend strength, mobility, play, coordination, rehab, and breath to help you feel strong, capable, and calm in your body.

  • We coach humans, not just muscles.

  • We don’t just help you train. We help you move better and feel better, so you can live better.

  • Our approach is fluid. It adapts to you, whether you're a parent, a grandparent, a kid, or coming back from injury.

  • Whatever your life stage, whatever your story, you belong here.
