Bronwen Appel

Coach & Co-Founder

For Bronwen, movement has always been an anchor. Having navigated her own journey through injury, recovery, and rediscovering freedom, she knows how movement can transform not only the body but also confidence, mental health, and the sense of possibility. That experience inspired her to help others feel capable, resilient, and joyful in their own bodies.​

With a BA in Psychology and an MBA, Bronwen combines a deep understanding of human behaviour with expertise in ATG, OPEX, Pilates, swimming, and movement culture practices such as locomotion. Her approach blends prehab, rehab, and performance training with a strong focus on the mind–body connection, child development, and mental well-being.​

Her coaching style is playful, mindful, and empowering. She specializes in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance, focusing on foot and hip health, mobility, and sustainable strength. She also works extensively with children, helping them build motor skills, coordination, and confidence through play.​

Clients can expect a safe and supportive space where training is science-based yet creative. For children, movement feels like play. For adults, it becomes a path back to confidence, resilience, and freedom. Bronwen coaches in English and is known for her balance of meticulous planning with a joyful, spontaneous energy that makes every session engaging.
