To move efficiently and stay injury-free, maintaining a healthy range of motion in all your joints is crucial. However, the focus shouldn’t be on endlessly increasing flexibility, as that can lead to problems.

Here, we take a deep dive into the concept of coordination, focusing on developing it through a range of unique exercises and methods. By tackling various tasks, you’ll work toward mastering different aspects of coordination, enhancing your ability to adapt to new and unfamiliar movements.
